2) True confidence is understanding that you have flaws, accepting them, and still wanting more for yourself

3) I am not my emotions; and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE should read the book "The Untethered Soul" by Alan Singer

4) Healing isn't linear, and setbacks aren't failures
