Prof. Meg Jordan, PhD, RN, CWP, is Chair of Integrative Health Studies, Somatic Psychology and Human Sexuality at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She is a clinical medical anthropologist, RN specializing in integrative and collaborative practice models, a behavioral health specialist, certified health coach, and has received research grants from Aetna Foundation to explore health coaching for underserved populations. She is author of How To Be A Health Coach, The Fitness Instinct; was founding Editor of American Fitness Magazine; Co-President of the National Wellness Institute; and former Director of Integrative Practice at the Health Medicine Institute.
