Health vs Wellness - what is the difference?

So we decided to spice things up a bit by sprinkling a little fun in between our episodes this week!

A friend prompted a great topic - what is the difference between health and wellness?

We thought this was a good prompt because oftentimes we feel these words are used interchangeably.

So in this short episode we briefly discuss how we interpret the difference between the two.

But also actual definitions from Oxford Dictionary:

Health - "the state of being free from illness or injury"

Wellness - "the state of being healthy, especially when you actively try to achieve this"
