Heart Start 2020 is my year-end reflection and planning guide to help you review and consciously complete this year and set a powerful new foundation to manifest your visions and goals in 2020.

The idea is to set aside some quiet time for reflection so that you can tap into your heart-based power to start making conscious choices about what it is you truly want for your life. These last few days of the year, before things get too crazy and busy in the new year, is the perfect time to do so!

Once you’ve downloaded and printed the guide, this is what I suggest you do:

• Set aside a minimum of 2-3 hours of uninterrupted time with the most wonderful and important person in your life… you know, the one who is going to shine the brightest in 2020… YOU!

• Before you get started, take a moment to activate your Heart/Brain Coherence by following the instructions on page 10 of the guide.

• Go through each section of the guide and answer each question to the best of your capacity. Pages 1 to 42 will guide you through the ‘Review, Reflect and Appreciate’ Conscious Completion Process. Do your best to complete this section by year’s end. Then, continue through the rest of the guide during the first few days of January 2020.

• If you need more space to write, you might want to use a separate journal.
