Hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians in Gaza have suffered another wet, miserable night in makeshift shelters and there's worse to come. Heavy rain, strong winds and flash floods are forecast in the coming days. Israel is still severely restricting humanitarian aid, including shelters, in breach of the US-brokered ceasefire it agreed to more than two months ago.
