Description
Crime statistics can be deceiving, with the current state of affairs along with the so-called catch & release laws that prohibit law enforcement from putting shoplifters in jail. Brazen criminals have affected businesses in the inner cities and affluent towns alike. Heidi Miller, owner of "Tight Assets", a women's clothing store in Laguna Beach, tells Bruce how a serial shoplifter wreaked havoc in one the countries most beautiful destinations. Bruce then weighs in on how the government and recent laws have deteriorated values that allow people to act as if they can get away with anything without consequence, and how change must be made now!
