About once a month at First Light, University of Illinois Extension educator Richard Hentschel joins Brian O’Keefe for the ‘Farm to Table’ segment. They discuss everything from agriculture and agri-business to your home landscape and backyard garden. One of the unforeseen effects of the COVID-19 outbreak has been an increased interest in converting part of a yard into a vegetable garden. Richard and Brian discussed some tips and resources for people who’ve decided now is the time to start growing some of their own food
