Herbalism is the tradition of studying and using herbs for their healing properties. The term ‘herb’ refers to every part of the plant, from the roots to the flowers.  


Herbs have been used for their medicinal properties for thousands of years in Ayurvedic & Traditional Chinese medicine, but their powers are becoming more recognised in the Western world. 


There are many ways to introduce herbs into our daily lives. They come in various forms, such as capsules, teas, liquid drops or skin creams. Some may be referred to as 'supplements'. Others may be referred to as 'medicines', which means they aim to treat, cure or prevent a diagnosed health problem.
