Ok so you've decided this is IT ... no more time to waste, you're starting tomorrow. Eating healthy, going on that dating app, working out. But then tomorrow hits and the day is crazy, you have too much to do, ahh you'll just start again tomorrow. 


Stop right there - this never ending cycle is only causing you more harm. So, let's figure out what the heck is the real reason you keep starting and stopping.  


I'm going to take you through the steps to help let yourself off the hook, get crystal clear on if are you going after this goal for the right reasons and then share with you some helpful tools I've implemented in my daily routine that help me accomplish my daily goals which are leading me to my bigger goals.  One day at a time, let's get to it!
