Highland Park junior, Peyton Bono, is making a big impact
Description
Mark your calendar for February 3rd when Peyton's campaign kicks off. She needs our help reaching her goal of raising $50K. Watch our posts for more details.
7-year-old Peyton Bono has been selected as a Teen of Impact by the American Heart Association and is 1 of 30 teens driving awareness for The American Heart Association. Peyton is the only teen who actually has a heart defect and has a goal of raising $50K and would like your help. See below for details.
Peyton and her mother, Courtney, share their story of what it was like finding out she was born with Tricuspid Atresia , under going open-heart surgery at 5 months old, and how they had to navigate the process on their own.
