In this episode I sit down Canada’s National Women’s Basketball Coach, Lisa Thomaidis. In our conversation we talk about lessons that extend beyond the basketball court, the impact that playing sport has had on our lives and the values that are instilled in us as a result. Lisa provides insight into her highly successful University program that she has been at helm of for 21 years. Lisa talked about what it has been like leading her teams in a pandemic and redefined my own perspective of how to look at the challenges we are facing; I have refocused on how I’ve been gifted more time in my own life.
