The first episode of Hindsight is with my good friend Sarah McBriar who founded and pioneered AVA, an Audio-Visual Arts movement, encompassing a festival, conference and grassroots organisation spanning over eight editions in Belfast, London and over 50 satellite events between Manchester, Glasgow, Mumbai, Amsterdam & Dublin.
Our conversation spans the future of festivals, working with top-tier artists to bringing on the broadcast partner Boiler Room, her love of music and creativity and now, most importantly, with the benefit of hindsight would she do anything differently, and what advice would she give to her younger self?
