Wake County authorities are urgently seeking a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident, which claimed the life of sixty-one-year-old Phillip Keith Spence from Wake Forest. The incident occurred on Thursday evening on NC-98 near Peed Road. The suspects vehicle is believed to be a Ford Econoline Van or an F-two-fifty pickup truck from the late nineteen nineties or early two thousands, with damage to its right front side. Any information regarding the vehicle or the incident should be reported to nine one nine, seven three three, four four zero zero.
