Hollywood has truly lost the luster it once possessed. Most Americans no longer look up to celebrities or wish to be a part of that world. Tinseltown lost its way when it began lowering its standards of decency to the point of having almost none. The politics of Hollywood have made it nearly impossible to create anything without offending someone. All actors, writers, directors, producers, etc. must follow the same communist ideology or be blacklisted. Americans have largely stopped going to the theater because Hollywood is nothing but propaganda and one giant insult to the values Americans hold dear.
