In today's climate, distrust is more familiar than trust. Opposition is more familiar than finding common ground. The Conference-local church relationship has long been marred with distrust but it seems worse than ever. In this episode, BEN and Tim discuss the difficulties of leading and communicating in an environment of politicalization, quick to divide and cast blame.
