Description
Switching gears to helping families fill in the gaps for school. We are going to cover FCS topics to accompany to get families to come together in the kitchen. Patreon members get 3 recipes monthly that include lesson/ book recommendations to include all ages!
FCS is so important not only to prepare young adults for living on their own and being self-sufficient, but also for creating a positive relationship with food and confidence when it comes to their body. There is no minimum age to help in the kitchen and learn. This opportunity for family bonding will help keep the overwhelm of being stuck together in the house to a minimum by bringing you back together in a positive and fun light.
