Jay and Christine need some improvements for their new home so they hired a contractor named Elon. Elon dresses like an Israeli soldier and loves the comedian Modi. Bobby calls Modi to help with the situation because Jay is afraid to negotiate with Elon. Jay wants to just overpay him and be done with everything. Besides being a funny comedian, Modi is highly skilled at flipping homes and dealing with contractors.
