This weekend Father Tony spoke to us about the greatest gift that God gave us. Free Will. In free will is true freedom. Every choice we make means more because we have the choice. To choose love means we are making an active choice to not choose anger or hate. To choose God means we are making a choose to not live a life without him. If we didn’t have the choice and we were programmed to always to do; we wouldn’t need God and our “good” wouldn’t mean anything. When we actively choose what is right over what is wrong; that is true freedom.
