I recommend this for anyone who wants to go to another level of learning themselves. This will release and relieve you of any negative, stressful and contaminated situations in your life. Example stress in the home, work, social and relationships you will want to do this to unwind or get ready for your day.
Towards the end I thought there would be more dialogue that was my only disappointment. I wanted to hear more.
