This week on Library Land Loves, we're diving into the Sinai Health Foundation's Hot & Bothered campaign, a bold initiative raising awareness about menopause and workplace wellbeing. Host Michelle Arbuckle (Executive Director of the OLA) is joined by Lana Chen, Vice President of Integrated and Brand Marketing at Sinai Health Foundation, and Rebecca Flaman, Executive Vice President and Client Partner at Diamond. Together, they explore how this campaign is breaking stigmas, supporting employees experiencing menopause, and why it's especially relevant in library workplaces.
