I'm sure that there's gonna be a lot of people getting out there saying, well, that's that's liable to test that whole, constitutional thing. Plus, that would mean Trump would have to live for another two hundred years, or give or take. Now, creatively, since he has to slow down on actually kicking him out of the country, he's decided to reopen Alcatraz. While the courts sit out there struggling to remember that the Supreme Court and the constitution have already ruled and answered illegal immigration questions. But we have article four section four.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion and on application of the legislature or the executive branch when the legislature cannot be convened against domestic violence. Nowhere do they mention the judiciary. In fact, the 1849 Supreme Court ruling of Luther v Borden. And, you know, when whenever somebody gets out there and says, why do we keep going back to all these old decisions? So they have to learn about some of these things and some of these things hold as much weight today as the day they were actually, you know, published. But going back to Luther v Borden, Chief Justice Roger Taney held that the political branches of government and that the federal courts should decide such questions pertaining to the application of article four section four. So right now, this means these judges and justices encroaching on the power of the executive branch are vile they're the ones violating the separation of power because the president has a duty to protect The United States against invasion even if it's by invitation. They are breaking laws and been the laws to let this happen. Now if you wanna go and try to figure out what invasion means, just go to Johnson seventeen eighty five English dictionary.

This is what the founders understood the definition of the word invasion to be when article four section four. And, you know, all you know, in Texas, guy went out, went to supper, came home to find a group of illegal aliens in their home using their bathroom, wearing their clothes, and pretending not to speak any English. They were not willing to leave, so they had to call the police to have the illegal aliens forcefully ejected from the home while still wearing the stolen clothes.
