Suni left school in the 6th grade while she pursued her tennis career. She went back to college and got into the corporate finance space. She soon got frustrated with having a capped 9 to 5 income. She turned to The Bigger Pockets podcast and started investing in real estate. She is very conservative with finances, so she held off on creative finance deals until she could prove to herself she would be successful.
