In November 2024, Cyera announced a three hundred million dollar Series D funding round led by Accel and Sapphire Ventures, following a three hundred million dollar Series C round in April 2024. This valuation increased from one point four billion dollars in April, which had already nearly tripled its previous Series B valuation of five hundred million dollars in June 2023.
