Description

In this episode of The Healthy Mind Podcast, neurologist Dr. Steven J. Resnick sits down with Dr. Arlette Perry, Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Clinical and Applied Physiology at the University of Miami.

Dr. Perry has devoted her career to studying how movement transforms the brain and body. • Longevity lessons from cardiovascular physiology
• How fitness influences emotional and cognitive health

Dr. Perry also discusses her groundbreaking Vascular Health Project at the University of Miami, a study focused on improving women's vascular and metabolic health through lifestyle interventions.
