Today, I have the absolute honor to have Samir on as a guest. I got introduced to Samir through a real estate Facebook group he and I are both in. A fellow investor had given him a shout out, wrote about how awesome Samir is, and I had to reach out and connect with him right away. We’ve gotten to know each other ever since and I can now personally say that he is now someone that I personally look up to. What really excites me about Samir is the ways in which he is able to build and foster relationships within our industry and the way he is building wealth for himself and his family through Real Estate. All of this while still working a full time job. At the time of this recording, Samir owns 12 units and $1.6M in assets under management (he has closed on another property since then!) and he is just getting started!
