Even at the age of 24, I have suffered with chronic knee pain from the last 5-6 years of my life & it has forced me to retire from professional football. However, over the last 6 months since retiring, my knee pain has drastically improved & I want to share with you all how I got to this point. Here are my 5 Tips which have helped me personally get to the best I've felt in years.
