He’s the General Manager of Gowran Park Racecourse in Kilkenny, where he’s helped make it one of Ireland’s premier racing venues. But his love of sport doesn’t stop there — Eddie’s also made his mark in soccer, managing Tombrack AFC and Bunclody AFC, and in GAA, where he’s led teams like Duffry Rovers, the Wexford Senior Camogie team, Bagenalstown Gaels, and had two spells with the Black and Whites hurling club, where he’s still the man in charge today.
And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also know him as one of the most recognisable voices in local sport — a presenter and hurling analyst on KCLR, and the host of the KCLR Hurling Podcast.
