Here are some “non-sport” activities and their calorie burn in 30 minutes:
- Cleaning the house = 100 calories
- Gardening or weeding = 150 calories
- Mowing the lawn = 210 calories
- Strolling = 105 calories
- Raking leaves = 145 calories
- Vacuuming = 120 calories
