Description

Nature and mental health often have a bit of a catch-22 relationship which has become more prominent as the climate crisis worsens. Nature has always been known to have a nurturing and positive effect on our mental health, but what happens to our own well-being when that same nature gets taken away and destroyed? We delved into this complicated relationship with a young German filmmaker named Laura, who’s working on a film project called Kintsugi. Her project aims to highlight this connection especially now during the pandemic. Follow Imperfect Eco-Hero on instagram at @imperfect_ecohero.
