Hillary Miller is the Chief Learning Officer at Penn State Health. In her role as the Chief Learning Officer, Hillary is focused on driving employee retention and career development for the organization. 


During our conversation, Hillary spoke about some of the strategic approaches that she and her team have taken around focusing on employee retention to deliver a great experience both for employees as well as for patients of the hospital.
