Milad shares the personal travel frustrations that led to Bellhopt's creation. After repeatedly arriving exhausted at vacation rentals with empty refrigerators and closed grocery stores, he and his co-founder saw an opportunity. They surveyed 3,000 people and discovered that 87% made convenience or grocery store trips on their first day of arrival, revealing a massive market void.
Four and a half years later, Bellhopt serves 400 property managers with 10,000 properties across 20 states. Their secret weapon approach focuses entirely on making property managers successful. By keeping their branding minimal and handling everything from automated messaging to detailed refrigerator stocking, they enable property managers to offer premium differentiation without operational complexity.
