In this episode of the podcast, we interview Josiah Huffman, Associate Youth Pastor at Hope Valley Bible Church in Alabama.
Josiah points out how important it is, especially for students, to stand firm on the Word of God and not compromise in our faith. In our culture today, there are so many things that can attack our faith, but the main question we should be asking is "does this please Jesus?".
To address the issue of compromise, Josiah and Ken discuss how the church can avoid taking baby steps towards compromise by:
- Being aware of our weaknesses,
- Praying about everything, &
- Staying in community
