We're in the first full week of More Challenge and I've been listening to Marie Forleo's book, Everything is Figureoutable. I'm in the part where she talks about limiting and scarcity beliefs and it made me think about mindset and that's what we're really doing here, right? We're doing the things we know to do to help us shift our limiting beliefs to help us be our favorite version of ourselves. The actions come after the midset shifts.
