In this episode we will dive into our emotions and discuss the effects of trauma on our emotions, what happens when we are traumatized and how we react. We will specifically talk about the emotion of anger which is what is usually displayed after a traumatic incident. We will also discuss all the other emotions that are lying beneath the surface of anger that no one sees and most often cannot identify.
