How a first-time author self-published myth, magic, and history - with Susan Laspe
Description
Plenty of authors leave their manuscript buried in folders, but Susan decided to chop her 90,000 word manuscript into two parts, and publish it as a series. Susan's journey is fun and whimsical as she mix and matches elements for her stories, and finds her own writing path. Getting that first novel done and dusted gave her a boost of confidence to keep going, keep writing, and always keep learning.
ABOUT SUSAN LASPE: A visit to England inspired a story that would fuse Roman mythology, magic, and a medieval hero. Susan's years of inventing stories, writing 'silly poetry', and and reading challenges came to her rescue. Today, she thrives in sewing and knitting projects, drawing or watching movies. But more likely than not, she's multitasking while browsing GoodReads for her next great read. She lives with her husband, plants, and computer in St. Louis, Missouri. | WEBSITE | BOOKS
