Description
On this episode, I decided to do a wellness check in to reflect on what wellness has looked like for me over the last six months. With it nearing the end of H1 2022, it was important for me to pause for a bit and to take stock of how I have been showing up for myself in the workplace and beyond.
I share what some of my wellness practices are across four main aspects namely: physical, emotional, spiritual and social.
