Two members of the Canadian Armed Forces are among four men facing charges over a plot to violently seize land in Quebec. The RCMP has laid terrorism-related charges alleging that the men amassed a large cache of weapons, motivated by anti-government ideology. We speak to Jessica Davis, a former CSIS analyst, about what we know so far — and what questions remain.
