Clinical Excellence Queensland is a rich tapestry of disciplines, working together to achieve our shared goal. One such pocket, the Healthcare Improvement Unit, has led system-wide change and improvement agendas for a number of years and delivered supported several high-profile programs such as Surgery Connect, ACRE, Hospital in the Home and PROV-ED.
