Hey everyone! We are back with episode 3 of season 3 of USTT. This week we're discussing the importance of creating and maintaining a good work-life balance. In our society there can be so much pressure to "do it all" or "keep grinding" and that is simply not realistic nor healthy for us physically and mentally. In this episode we talk about burnout, self-advocacy at work, and provide some tips if you need some help making sure that you are taking care of yourself, even with a busy schedule!
