On this episode, we begin our How to Become an Air Force Nurse series with Part 1, the Direct Accession.  We sit down with 1st Lt Danielle Ritzau and discuss her background that led to her join the Air Force as a nurse, the requirements to becoming a Direct Accession, and the process she went through from initial nurse schooling, all the way through attending Total Force Officer Training (TFOT) (a.k.a Officer Training School).
