#Selflove can seem like its wrong to those of us that have lived in a deficit most of our lives. We are martyrs for the cause. Always giving to others. WE dont matter but everyone else does.

As long as my spouse and kids are good, then I'm good. Wrong.... When we love ourselves and value ourselves, they will be good, because we can only give what we know. We can only share from a full cup of what we have.

If we have low self esteem, or broken identities we can heal and grow and learn and become a whole person again, or finally and THAT person is way more powerful and effective to pour out from. 

So please come on this journey with me... its gonna be so amazing! So awesome!!! Learn who we are together! Learn to love our own person for the amazing soul that we are. 

You can do this! I know you can!!! I'm interested to see your growth on your journey to full potential. I love who you were, are and going to be. Its so exciting!!!! I believe in you too!
