How to Get Back Into Your Routine
Description
In today's episode, I brain dump on you my historically bad month of August with getting completely out of routine. From eating out almost every day to only getting in a few days of activity in August and then getting sick for almost two weeks, August was a TOUGH ONE. I share with you my mentality on how to get back into routine when I get out of it and things I do to set myself up for success.
