Getting your family's participation is essential to your family's goal of a happy healthy meal time. This means giving up a little control , but you will most certainly reap the rewards! When you give your kids choices that impact your meals, they are now more likely to advocate for the meal. In this episode we will give you some examples and tips to help with meal planning and where to give up decisive power. We will also describe which jobs they can successfully help with to help them feel independent. We want our kids to learn how to feed themselves when they are older and we are not around. Here are some of the stepping stones.
