Join our conversation that starts with current youth suicide statistics in Colorado (where Kelli lives) and across the US, and continues into sharing why ONE adult could save a teen's life, and why watching out for mood shifts is so important. We also talked about Youth-Focused Mental Health First Aid; the class we discussed has actually now passed, but we will be sponsoring more in the future!
