Description

This is the second TBS snippet on consistency.

In the 1st TBS snippet (Listen here - thebreakschool.com/TBS01), I discussed the primary reason for our inconsistency - our dependence on certain emotions, i.e. most of us take action when we feel great, or miserable, or jealous or inspired. The key is, to stop depending on these emotions (because you cant get rid of them, of course).

In this snippet I discuss, 1st simple yet powerful method to attain consistency in the long term. You can continue listening to this or start with the 1st snippet.

Thanks Sanjay for sharing the method. i never gave a thought to block my time before starting my day for the office. I have also taken up the 30 day challenge and it is already helping me a lot! Thanks for sharing the names of the book as well!

Hi Sanjay! I am one of those listeners that have taken up the consistency 'challenge' (as I like to call it) with YOGA since your first snippet and to be honest haven't been doing well so far. This new snippet is very timely and helpful for me and I look forward to hearing more stories and reflections from you. Cheers!
