In the 1st TBS snippet (Listen here - thebreakschool.com/TBS01), I discussed the primary reason for our inconsistency - our dependence on certain emotions, i.e. most of us take action when we feel great, or miserable, or jealous or inspired. The key is, to stop depending on these emotions (because you cant get rid of them, of course).

Thanks Sanjay for sharing the method. i never gave a thought to block my time before starting my day for the office. I have also taken up the 30 day challenge and it is already helping me a lot! Thanks for sharing the names of the book as well!
