Anger... How we all deal with our anger is going to look different. How I dealt with anger 10 years ago is different than now. You just need to let that anger drive you to be a better version of yourself. Let that anger propel you toward your passions and purpose in life. Anger can be a great way to show you whats not working and move toward something more suited to your higher self. Meditate and let that anger guide you to the step you should take to heal the anger. There will be many steps you’ll take to transform the anger and its a learning process be patient and loving with yourself.
