Doug has made a million dollars on Upwork working as a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) specialist. He worked as bartender and retrained himself to be a Google Ads specialist and is now able to support his family solely working on Upwork. He's been on the platform since Elance days and shares a lot of his insights such as attracting clients, setting pricing, getting first gigs, managing failures and handling bad reviews.
