That spiral we experience when things don’t go exactly as we had hoped, exactly the way we had planned is EXHAUSTING. It’s the cycle of motivated, make a plan, sabotage said plan and wait for another boost of motivation - I know because I’ve been there.


Learning how to break free of this cycle isn’t just important, it’s CRUCIAL to actually making progress with the things you’ve prioritised. Life is messy, plans change and virtually nothing is perfect all of the time - we need out mindset to be able to account for those moments and stay on track.
