Rory Motherway told Dermot Whelan how he suffered permanent spinal cord damage from a car crash in October 2024. The injuries have resulted in being a full-time wheelchair user. As a sport enthusiast, while Rory came to terms with his condition he also needed to get back on a team and that’s where Rebel Wheelers in Cork came to the rescue.
